Furioso

Furioso, by Todd Stalter, is music that contains so much energy, it has to be released… but not all at once. After the opening statement, the music suddenly pulls back and begins a series of character shifts, each one building to another release of energy along the way. Changes in mood, texture, and musical dialogues between different parts of the string orchestra abound, adding variety, along with a sense that we are always heading towards a return of that explosive theme.
